  • it is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached.

  • it is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable).

  • it is not missing any accessories or parts.

  • it is not part of our list of products not eligible for return.

  • you log a return via email within 7 days though hello@sweetlings.co.za

We will collect the product from you. Please provide suitable packaging for returning the product as our courier is entitled to refuse collection of a product that is not properly packaged for transport, in which case the courier fee will be at the customers expense.

We are entitled to refuse a return if the unwanted product is returned damaged, not in a re-saleable condition or missing any accessories.

The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, the provider will refund the customer in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the customer will attract a 3% charge for administration costs.

Some goods will not qualify for return, such as underwear, party related items, dummies, pacifiers, feeding utensils, bottles, or items of a personal nature.

Fashion and footwear products can be exchanged for a different size provided that such variation is available and is available at the same price as the product originally purchased. In such a case, we will collect the product from you and deliver the requested product to you at your own charge. If such variation is not immediately available, we will credit your account with the purchase price of the product (or refund you if that is your preference) within 30 days of you logging the return.

We reserve the right to inspect the product to validate your return.

In the case of faulty goods, or damaged products on delivery, the fault/damage should be reported immediately to the Provider and thereafter a case number will be opened. Once the item has been returned to the store, the item will be assessed and once the supplier has been notified of the claim and the findings have been issued, a replacement or refund will be sent to the customer at the price it was purchased (should the inspection be in favour of the customer). This can take up to 30 days.

In the case where approved returns was purchased using a coupon or discount, a refund will reflect the amount at which the item(s) were purchased (at the discounted price).

The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient, or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider’s standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.

In all cases where a return is logged, the customer will be responsible for the courier charge, accept in the case where the provider is at fault.
